I consider myself a new breed of designer, merging artistic skills with an understanding of programming and web usability. My goal in each project is to marry good design with functionality. I know that a site can be visually stunning, but if it doesn't work for the user or show up on a search engine, it is no longer effective.
I Graduated from Columbia in 2007 with a BFA in Graphic Design and Advertising Art Direction. Since then I have had experience in both agency and corporate environments. Past clients vary from high-profile retail companies, to financial and corporate clients, to non-profit organizations.
I approach each new project with a fresh personalized approach starting with an exploratory phase where I soak up as much as I can about both the company and their target market. I then attempt to find the best strategy to introduce one to the other.
